In 2004 we started the initial phase of our grand project. The individual cottages which form part of Les Ecuries are available now for purchase freehold, with earliest completion taking place in October, after the coming letting season.

The new owners can retain their new maison secondaire for their own personal use for a maximum of 9 months per year, or they can enter into an agreement with us whereby we let and manage their property on their behalf during the season.

Details of Les Ecuries, together with a large scale model of the final phase of our project will be on show for the first time on stand 102 at Vive la France, Olympia 21 – 24th January.
